Jill Tomich, LWMC
Jill's 14 years of experience in the fitness industry includes roles as a Group Fitness Instructor, Personal Trainer, Lifestyle and Weight Management Coach, Pre/Post Natal Trainer, Sports Nutritionist, Golf Conditioning Specialist and creator of Ultimate Bootcamp.
Her exciting and ever-changing boot camp workouts have been inspired by her participation in boxing, ballet, Thai Chi, yoga, Krav Maga, modern dance, tennis, golf and just about any recreational activity she can fit into her busy schedule. She loves the art of movement and new adventures, like ocean kayaking and paddle boarding, that are made possible as a result of having a strong, healthy body.
Recently, Jill challenged her own limits as she placed 8th in the Figure Universe Competition in Miami.

A native of Ireland, Peter has worked in the Sports and Fitness industry for many years as a fully certified Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor and has a certificate in Sports Nutrition.
His energetic and entertaining training style keeps participants smiling as their bodies burn calories "like a furnace". As a Personal Trainer for Ultimate Bootcamp, Peter works with a variety of clients whose goals range from weight loss to increasing athletic ability and performance.
Peter's interests include multi-sport events such as triathlons, as well as running marathons, playing golf and enjoying as much of New England's outdoors as possible. His philosophy is: "We're not here for a long time - we're here for a good time."

Alvona | Fitness Trainer
Alvona is an AFAA certified group fitness instructor who believes that physical activity improves our quality of life both now and as we age. She remains fit using a variety of activities including volleyball, tennis, weightlifting, dancing, and adores the energy boost and camaraderie from group fitness classes.
In addition to fitness, Alvona is passionate about international travel, youth empowerment, and marketing communications. She has travelled across six continents, encouraged high school students to manage their own companies, and launched numerous mar-comm plans.
Alvona earned a Masterâ€™s Degree in Integrated Marketing Communications from Emerson College and a Bachelorâ€™s in Business Administration Marketing with a second major in African American Studies from Syracuse University.
Alvona believes strongly in determination as she encourages people to enjoy being fit in their minds and bodies.
Ashley | Fitness Trainer
Ashley enjoys practicing and promoting fitness, nutritional well being and athleticism. Her enthusiasm for running, weight training and playing soccer is what led her towards seeking her ACSM personal training certification. With her certification, Ashley proudly initiated the first personal training program for students, staff and athletes at her alma mater, Providence College. There too, she created and hosted the original Friar Boot Camp, participated in multiple bench press competitions, and successfully completed the Providence half-marathon.
Ashley's other passions include writing, painting and graphic design.
Beth | Fitness Trainer
Beth is an AFAA Certified Personal Trainer. She has been active in sports and passionate about fitness all of her life. She was a competitive runner through out college and has recently successfully completed the Boston Marathon. Beth is excited to help others find passion and devotion for their fitness and overall well being. She is especially excited to share her energy and enthusiasm to push it that extra mile to reach your peak fitness! Outside of boot camp, Beth is an oncology patient navigator at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston.
Brittney | Fitness Trainer
Brittney is an ACE certified group fitness instructor and certified Spinning instructor. She has always been active, dabbling in various activities from team sports to outdoor weekend hikes and x-country skiing. However, after becoming a mother of two little boys, who demand the utmost from her fitness, Brittney found a renewed commitment to making fitness a priority. She signed up for her first Ultimate Bootcamp session in January of 2011 and was instantly hooked! Inspired by the Ultimate trainers she joined the Ultimate team to further the tradition of motivating bootcampers to push their fitness limits to heights they never imagined.
When not spending time with her family and training, Brittney works full-time as a Software Engineer.
Carla | Fitness Trainer
Carla has been passionate about fitness and sports all her life. She played soccer and lacrosse in college, and recently ran the Boston Marathon. Carla is also involved with keeping the youth active, as a girlsâ€™ lacrosse coach. She is excited to bring her contagious enthusiasm to bootcamp classes. A former bootcamper herself, her excitement for educating people about the fun and rewarding benefits of an active life lead her to get nationally certified by AFAA. Come catch her energy!
Carrie | Fitness Trainer
Carrie is certified through NASM and her journey as a Personal Trainer began with an
overwhelming desire to help others find the benefits she has personally experienced from
health and fitness. Carrie graduated from Northeastern University with a degree in
business and is continuing her education in the Fitness Industry by becoming a Spin
Instructor and Nutrition Specialist. She strives to live a healthy active lifestyle that includes eating clean,
running in competitions, weight training, spinning, hiking, kickboxing, and is always looking for the
next fitness challenge! Her goal is to remove the insecurities most people have
with working out, so they can achieve their personal best!
Christine | Fitness Trainer
Christine is a lifelong athlete and fitness enthusiast. She is NSCA certified and works as a personal trainer and youth swim team coach for the Smithfield YMCA. Christine is eager to motivate and drive bootcampers to exceed their health and fitness goals. In her free time she enjoys running, swimming, kayaking, biking, kickboxing, and soccer. She participates in several local road races (including half marathons) and triathlons every year as well. This summer she is participating in the Save the Bay 1.7 mile open-water swim for the first time and hopes to complete a Tough Mudder and marathon soon after.
Dawna | Fitness Trainer
Dawna is passionate about training, racing, clean eating and inspiring others. After becoming a mother, she completed numerous marathons, triathlons, road races and team relay events. She is always looking for a new challenge! Dawna came to Ultimate Bootcamp as a bootcamper in 2009 to change up her usual run, bike and swim training. She loved being outside and challenged to do more, as well as the camaraderie of the other bootcampers. Dawna is an ACE Certified Group Fitness Instructor and Certified Health Education Specialist. When she's not at Ultimate Bootcamp, she spends her time training for events, teaching mindfulness to elementary students, working as a Program Director for a martial arts school and, most importantly, enjoying her family.
Denise | Fitness Trainer
Denise is a certified fitness instructor whose formats include bootcamp, muscle conditioning, pilates, piyo and spx conditioning. A true lover of the powers of bootcamp, her passion is to motivate, direct, challenge & coach people to reach their goals & beyond.
As a past manager/teacher/trainer in the computer industry she has the skills to lead & educate people in an enthusiastic & fun forum. She is constantly researching & educating herself to keep things fresh & different while providing a safe, effective "love/hate" BLAST of a workout!!!
Ellen | Fitness Trainer
Ellen is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer who has been passionate about sports and fitness all of her life. She loves all different types of workouts, from boxing to running, and team sports such as field hockey and basketball. Ellen tries to incorporate a variety of fitness activities into her workouts to keep them exciting. In 2012, Ellen ran the Boston Marathon for the first time, and is hoping to complete a triathlon next. She has also volunteered with Girls on the Run, and has coached middle school basketball and youth gymnastics. Through her years of involvement with sports and fitness, Ellen became inspired to become a trainer. She feels most fulfilled when seeing the satisfaction people feel when getting fit and achieving their goals. Ellen works full time in Marketing.
Emily | Fitness Trainer
Emily is an ACE certified group exercise instructor and a Mad Doggs certified Spin Instructor! As a former boot camp "junkie", Emily loves to share her passion for exercising in the outdoors with others! Outside of boot camp, Emily teaches Spin classes at various locations in Boston, and is works as an Occupational Therapist. In her free time, Emily enjoys rock climbing, stand up paddle boarding and yoga.
Ginnn | Fitness Trainer
Ginauldi Arias or more commonly known as "Ginnn" is a motivated, enthusiastic fitness and people lover. He is certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Ginnn was a former high school football player and track athlete. In his spare time he likes to stay active in flag football leagues as well as the gym, and any other challenging obstacles or fitness ventures.
Ginnn went to school at Branford Hall Career Institue were he completed the fitness program and did an internship at Northeast Sports Training (N.E.S.T). There, through the mentoring and guidance of strength and conditioning masters, he gained experience and new perspective on training methods as well as being exposed to athletes from youth to the professional level, special populations and physical therapy.
Ginnn is like a sponge absorbing all aspects of fitness that come his way, hoping one day to make a big splash in Ultimate Bootcamp and the fitness world...we think he already has!
Heather | Fitness Trainer
Heather is a certified ACSM Personal Trainer and has been actively involved in fitness since she ran her first race at the young age of 6. Being a two season High School athlete (soccer and lacrosse) and growing up with parents who ran marathons and were personal trainers by trade, it was only a matter of time before she got involved in the industry too. As a finisher of multiple half marathons, and ultimately the Boston Marathon, she quickly realized how crucial muscle and resistance training is in addition to cardio workouts, and that is why she is so excited to be teaching Ultimate Bootcamp. Aside from kicking butts into shape as a boot camp instructor, Heather is also a real estate agent selling and leasing homes in the Cambridge area.
Jay | Fitness Trainer
After earning his bachelors degree in Sports Medicine at Merrimack College, Jay became Athletic Training Certified. He moved to Northern California to work as an ATC for the UC Berkeley Menâ€™s Lacrosse club, Womenâ€™s Rugby and gymnastics. His experience with outdoor fitness came from one year of instructing with a boot camp company in San Francisco.
Now a full-time student studying Physical Therapy at Northeastern, Jay's passion lies in starting each day with a workout while enjoying a beautiful Boston sunrise
Jeanine | Master Trainer
Jeanine is an AFAA certified Group Exercise Trainer who has worked for Ultimate Bootcamp since 2006. She has a great deal of experience teaching a variety of classes including cardio kickboxing, step, muscle conditioning, and of course indoor/outdoor bootcamp. In addition to teaching for UBC, Jeanine is also a fifth grade Science/Reading/ELA teacher and aerobics director. When she is not working, she enjoys spending quality time at the beach or anywhere outdoors with her family and friends.
Random facts about Jeanine is that she has five sisters, is extremely dependent on her GPS, and is petrified of lightening.

Jon | Fitness Trainer
Jon Marshall is the Sports and Teen Director at the Metro West YMCA in Framingham Massachusetts. A graduate of Norwich University he is a 5 year veteran of the United States Marine Corps. A licensed educator and athletic director for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts he holds certifications in personal training and sports management. Jon is also a varsity level coach for the Framingham High School football and track and field programs.
Katie O. | Fitness Trainer
Katie is an ACE Certified Group Instructor. After attending a few Ultimate Bootcamp sessions in the summer, she just had to be a part of the Ultimate Bootcamp community and became a trainer. She is dedicated to living a healthy lifestyle and helping others reach their fitness goals. As an endurance athlete, Katie has completed three marathons and is venturing into the world of triathlons. Other fitness interests include playing softball, spinning, and trying out new types of workouts. Katie also works as a project coordinator at Boston University.
Katie W. | Master Trainer & Trainer Manager
Katie is an AFAA certified group fitness instructor, who began teaching for Ultimate Bootcamp in August, 2008. As a former Bootcamp junkie, Katie brings her enthusiasm for fitness into her teaching. Her own Bootcamp experience awakened a passion for fitness that she is now sharing with others by instructing. With Katie's constant guidance and encouragement, participants excel while having a good time.
When not at Bootcamp, Katie works for the accounting firm Caturano and Company as an administrative assistant.
Keegan | Fitness Trainer
Keegan has been driven by fitness and athletics his entire life. After a multisport high school career, he went on to play lacrosse in college. More recently, he has turned his athletic focus towards endurance events and can always be found testing himself in triathlons, Crossfit competitions, and road races. Keegan is a Level One Crossfit certified trainer, as well as a certified swim instructor and coach. He believes that fitness has the power to change lives and is passionate about helping people discover what they are capable of!
Kelly | Fitness Trainer
Kelly joined Ultimate Bootcamp in 2010 and is an AFAA certified group fitness instructor. She is a graduate of Boston College and a recent graduate of Boston College Law School, where she has taught cardio kickboxing and other fitness classes on campus since 2004. In that time, her students have burned off an unspeakably high number of beer calories. In her free time, Kelly enjoys hiking, skiing, and relaxing with friends and family. This year, she will finally buckle down and join the workforce as an associate at a Boston law firm.
Kim | Fitness Trainer
A lifelong sports, fitness and outdoors enthusiast â€“ who perhaps missed her call as a Marine Corps. Drill instructor â€“ Kim recently decided to pursue her passion for motivating groups full-time. She received her ACE personal training certification in 2007, and since that time has discovered that Bootcamp is where she belongs. She teaches health and fitness classes for both adults and children, encouraging participants to stretch beyond their perceived limits.
Her most rewarding moments are spent leading classes through driving rains, wind-driven snow, heavy sand and mud. Among her proudest accomplishments are completing the Boston Marathon and a Half-Ironman triathlon in Narragansett, RI.
During her free time, Kim plays softball, runs road and adventure races, helps organize events for her community center, and puts her culinary degree to work creating custom birthday cakes for some of the pickiest clients around â€“ her friendsâ€™ kids.
Kristen | Fitness Trainer
Kristen is a Certified Personal Trainer through AFAA. Having been her athlete her whole life, her main hobby is running and racing. Kristen competed in Women's Track and Field for 4 years at URI. Since then she has trained for a variety of races including 5k,10k, half-marathons. She currently works as a Fitness Specialist at Emerson College where she promotes health and wellness to the students and staff through fitness programs. She enjoys helping people reach their personal goals of all fitness levels. Kristen teaches a variety of classes including boot camps, circuit training, speed and agility, and core classes. She specializes in racing programs for aspiring runners.
Linnea | Fitness Trainer
Linnea has been training (and loving it!) for 4+ years now and has a passion for helping people achieve healthier lifestyles. She has a Bachelorâ€™s of Science in Athletic Training from the University of Maine, is a Certified Personal Trainer, and is currently working toward a graduate certificate in nutrition at UMass Lowell.
In addition to training private clients, she is spin certified; she has worked with sports teams/athletes; and has taught a variety of classes including glute camp and cardio abs classes that she designed. Linnea has a reputation for pushing clients hard and getting people â€œaddictedâ€ to fitness. She is also someone that practices what she preaches â€“ she has been an avid runner for many years, completing 2 full marathons, a triathlon, and tons of other local races. She also loves weight training, pilates, and swimming. Linnea believes that exercise is an essential part of life. Most of all, she wants to make sure you meet your goals and is always there to answer questions or point you in the right direction!
Meghan | Fitness Trainer
Meghan is a fitness fanatic! She got her start through her love of sports which lead her to get a degree in Sports Medicine from Merrimack College. The past four years she has trained adults 1 on 1, trained athletes for game time , and of course has had a blast with Ultimate Bootcamp 'campers! Meghan teaches high school science, coaches soccer, and has completed several marathons, half Ironmans, and a full Ironman. Meghan knows the importance of constantly challenging your body and your mind to get into and stay in the shape of your life! Meghan cannot wait to challenge you too!
Melissa | Fitness Trainer
Melissa has been interested in health and fitness all her life and has been working part-time in the fitness industry for 10 years as a group fitness instructor at various gyms. As an AFAA certified group fitness and kickboxing instructor, she enjoys teaching all kinds of cardio and muscle conditioning classes. She is an avid runner having just completed her 3rd marathon (San Diego, New York and Boston) among many other half-marathons and road races. She thinks there is nothing better than how it feels to help people get healthy and fit and make the lifestyle changes necessary to do so.
In her professional life, Melissa works in sales and marketing for an insurance company on the North Shore, and in her personal life she enjoys spending time with her husband and dog in Charlestown and many other friends and family.
Mercedes | Fitness Trainer
Mercedes, a NFPT certified Personal Trainer and NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist, has the personal knowledge of what a weight loss journey is like. Once overweight by more than 100 pounds, she got fit by working hard and eating right. Now, she dedicates her time training and teaching others on how to get and stay fit. Mercedes loves taking part in obstacle course races and recently complete her first half marathon.
Miguel | Fitness Trainer
Miguel rediscovered a passion for the physical arts through Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Realizing that, he made a dramatic change in careers from Business Management to physical fitness. He now is an ACT Certified Personal Trainer, a Crossfit level 1 Trainer and has 3 years of competitive Jiu Jitsu experience.
When not sharing his passions with Ultimate Bootcamp participants, you can normally catch him with his wife and kids, training for a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu competition or coaching others towards their next personal record at a Crossfit Box.
Nicole | Master Trainer
Nicole is a NASM certified personal trainer. She is also a certified BTS Group Power, Group Ride and Group Centergy instructor. She has been teaching group fitness for three years and loves getting people moving. There is something so gratifying about playing a part in helping someone achieve his or her fitness goals.
Professionally Nicole is a Licensed Addictions Counselor. In her spare time she enjoys playing softball, skiing, spending time at the beach and watching the Patriots and Sox. She loves to travel and tries to get away as much as her busy schedule will allow.

Sandi | Office Manager and Fitness Trainer
Sandi is our awesome Office Manager extraordinaire. Fitness has always been a way of life for Sandi. A ballet, tap and jazz dancer since youth, she has combined her dual loves of dance and fitness in Jazzercise â€“ as a student since 1983 and as a Certified Instructor since 1999. Sandi owns and manages the Newton Jazz Center. Sandiâ€™s classes include aerobics, body sculpting, yoga and circuit training. Sandiâ€™s interests have continued to broaden over the years to include running, Pilates and kickboxing which led her to Ultimate Bootcamp and an AFAA certification as a group instructor.
Sandiâ€™s professional life as a licensed Realtor, Property Specialist and Accredited Buyer Representative keeps her running all over metro Boston. Her personal life rounds out her busy schedule enjoying time with her husband of 25 years, two children and dogâ€¦ Eddy.

Sarah N. | Fitness Trainer
Sarah is a fitness enthusiast who has been a lifelong athlete. She holds MADD Dog Spinning, TRX and group exercise certifications and currently teaches up to 14 classes per weekâ€”spin, boot camp, kickboxing and total body conditioning. She loves to inspire anyone from the elite athlete to the person taking their first step into the gym or onto the field. She ran the Adirondack Marathon in 2008 and in 2011 completed her first Olympic distance triathlon. She is also an avid snowboarder and golfer (seasonably!) Sarah has a Bachelors Degree from Le Moyne College and is currently at Harvard Law School.
Vanessa | Fitness Trainer
Vanessa is currently an exercise science major at Springfield College where she is also a member of the Women's Tennis Team. She has always been passionate about sports, training, and healthy eating. Being a big adrenaline junkie, she'll never turn down a new challenge or opportunity. She is a NETA Certified Group Fitness Instructor. When she's not at Ultimate Bootcamp, Vanessa is always keeping busy playing tennis, running, playing with her dogs, snowboarding or fishing. If it's outdoors, Vanessa will love it!
