Our proprietary Progressive Fitness Formula is designed to increase the intensity of the one-hour boot camp workouts from week 1 to week 4. The Boston Common is easily accessible by the T's Green, Red, and Silver Lines at the Park Street and Boylston stops. See the MBTA web site for schedules and bus information. Plenty of metered parking surrounding the Boston Common is free until 8am. Meet on the corner of Charles and Beacon Streets across the street from the Beacon Hill Starbucks inside the parks gates. Please be on time as we move throughout the Common, Beacon Hill and the Financial District.
