X Blast Bootcamp Program Description

Conquering 10 days of fat-blasting, sweat-laden one-hour workouts is the mission that you'll tackle during the X Blast Bootcamp. Sessions run for 2 weeks, 5 days per week, typically Mon,Tues,Wed, Thu & Fri. The full-body workouts are a high-energy mix of resistance training and cardio drills like plyometrics, interval training and partner relays. While fitness abilities vary from advanced beginner to advanced intermediate, you'll find the camaraderie of your peers as you all reach for the same goal: to push your limits.
