Outdoor Metrowest Boot Camps held March - October.

The newly renovated Maple Street Field and Track is a part of Framingham State University. This Metro West location is a few blocks south of the main campus. The entrance into the parking lot is at the corner of Maple Street and Maple Lane. Turn south onto Maple Lane and veer Right into the parking lot closest to the track and fields. NOTE: Maple Lane is not well marked. Look for a white mailbox with 220 on it off of Maple Street- that is where you turn to get on Maple Lane.

 

 

Framingham State - Athletic Center metrowest fitness boot camp

100 Barber Road, Framingham, MA 01702

Indoor MetroWest Boot Camps held Nov - February.

Park in the Maple Street Commuter Parking lot (approximately 170 Maple St, Framingham, MA). It's a short 5 minute walk to the Athletic Center up a dead end street called Barber Road. You will be ticketed and towed if you park elsewhere on campus. DWIGHT GYM : From Barber Road you will walk directly into the side entrance of the Athletic Center - a glass stairwell. Enter the building, head straight into the facility, past the stairs through the double doors, past the atrium and through another set of double doors to Dwight Gym. THIRD FLOOR FITNESS ROOMS: From Barber Road you will walk directly into the side entrance of the Athletic Center - a glass stairwell. Enter the building, head straight into the facility, past the stairs through the double doors to the atrium. Walk up the atrium stairs to the 3rd floor. Your trainer will be waiting for you at the top of the stairs.
