Office parties! House parties! Dinner parties! Eggnog...cookies…candy… snacks…cocktails…appetizers…oh the delights of the holidays! You know as well as we do that December is one crazy fun-filled, food-stuffing month our tastebuds love but our bottom lines hate.

Well, good news is here – you don’t have to despair! Instead of fearing the post-holiday weigh scale, embrace it. Ultimate Bootcamp to the rescue! For ten (yes – ten!) straight work days, we’ve got you covered with high-octane workouts to help you burn calories all day long.

If you think our boot camp workouts are results-driven now, then get out there with us for the first two weeks of December, and we’ll get your body so revved up that the holiday crazefest will bounce right off! This two-week high-intensity bootcamp personalized to YOUR fitness level is what you’ll need to prepare you for what’s coming down the road!

Ski & Snowboard Workout Clinic
Saturday, December 11th

Swishing through fresh powder, the adrenaline rush as you speed down hill and the gorgeous views from the ski lifts...this is why we Ski and Snowboard. But you can't nearly enjoy New England's winter wonderland with tired out-of-shape legs, a weak core or worse yet, if you get injured on the first run of the season!

The biggest mistake any skier or snowboarding can make - especially recreational ones - is not training their body for the sport. By incorporating simple ski & snowboard specific exercises and stretching into your practice, not only will you help prevent injuries, but you will see vast improvements in your overall stamina, strength and control. Get a step ahead of this season's snow fall by attending this 2 hour Ski & Board Workout Clinic.

Clinic Includes:

  • Interactive learning session
  • Identifying muscle imablances that could be inhibiting your peak performance
  • 90 minute group outdoor ski workout and snowboard workout focusing on lower body, balance and core strength. For all fitness levels.
  • Ski & Board Stretching "Cheat Sheet" to tuck into your snow gear and use every time you hit the mountain
  • Discussion, workout, and stretching led by Ultimate Bootcamp co-founders Jill Tomich and Peter Lavelle

  • Workout Clinic held at Arsenal Park behind the Arsenal Mall. Get Directions...
  • We're outside snow or shine! We'll be shedding any bulky outer layers for a few minutes when we do a postural analysis, so dress in layers.
  • We're working out so bring water and wear athletic clothing & shoes.
  • $45 per person

Revolutionary Running Club
Charlestown, MA

The newly formed Revolutionary Running Club - a social and athletic club based in Charlestown - invites Ultimate Bootcampers along for the fun! The club hosts a weekly fun run that departs every Wednesday night at 7:00PM from Ironsides Bar & Grill, then returns for a post run club social. The club also meets on Sunday mornings at 8:00 AM in front of Zume’s Coffee Shop for longer runs along the Charles River.

The club was founded by two experienced local marathon coaches who realized running can be a lonely sport. Dan Graovac and Kelly Flynn formed the club with the goal of connecting like-minded runners throughout the Greater Boston area who wanted to get more out of their runs while enjoying the social aspects of the sport.

While there is an annual membership fee of $35 for individuals or $50 for a family, Dan & Kelly invite Ultimate Bootcampers to join them for a Wednesday night run to see if the club is for you. They are confident that once you go out for a club run you will become a regular attendee on Wednesday nights!
