What is your weather cancellation policy?

Ultimate Bootcamp places the safety of its participants and Trainers above all else. On occasion, we might be faced with inclement weather conditions that can create safety risks or hazards. When these conditions occur, we may take the necessary step of rescheduling a class. While we realize that this can cause disruption to people’s schedules, we are confident that you’ll understand our need to take precautions whenever necessary.

Weather types that might cause such cancellations include thunder and lightning storms, and snow and ice. Despite years of trying to predict what Mother Nature has up her sleeve for us, we have found that most lightning storms present us with class-time decisions. Since the majority of these storms travel through the area quickly, what appears to be nasty weather two hours prior to class may present a very different picture at class time. Also – given the number of locations concerned, we realize that lightning isn’t always at each of our locations, at the same time. If we are fortunate to have enough definitive and accurate advance forecasting, we will do all that we can to reschedule class in time to notify all of our participants. This notification would include a home page web notification, and an announcement on our main voicemail.

Snow and ice also have the potential to present safety risks. Unlike lightning, we don’t have to toil with Mother Nature as much in order to know in advance what’s expected! While we realize that disruption to your busy schedule is to be avoided where possible, we may still be faced with having to reschedule class. Traveling to and from locations in snow or icy conditions should be avoided during or immediately following a heavy storm when a snow emergency is declared. When we’re fortunate enough to have a suitable time lapse between the cessation of a storm and the beginning of class time, and we believe that roads are safe for travel, we will keep our scheduled classes. As with the case above, if we are fortunate to have enough definitive and accurate advance forecasting, we will do all that we can to reschedule class in time to notify all of our participants.
