Cambridge —

Park four mornings a week. On March 30, Ultimate Bootcamp
launched its newest location in Cambridge -- with two different
workout options.
The 6 a.m. class is Ultimate Bootcamp's original outdoor,
4-day a week (Monday-Thursday) program designed to challenge,
tone and trim bodies in just 4 weeks. Motivating trainers
push campers to the next level in a fun group enviroment.
The 9:15 a.m. Ultimate Bootcamp for Women is a 3-day a week
(Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday)results-driven program designed
for maximum calorie burn and muscle sculpting where women
want it most.
Both classes include calorie burning cardio drills to reduce
body fat, killer core work, group relay races and obstacle
courses and games for agility. Whether you're an average New
Englander looking to put fitness back into your life or a
former collegiate athlete, Ultimate Bootcamp will push you
