Our winter weekends in the country
generally involve a lot of sleeping, reading, and stuffng
our faces with fatty comfort foods. But this season we’re
swearing off our slovenly ways and heading to the Ultimate
Bootcamp Winter Weekend. The retreat, held in a stunning Berkshire
resort, runs from February 3 through 5 and includes enough
variety of activities to tempt even the biggest couch potatoes.
Outdoorsy types can snowshoe and cross-country ski, while
winter-phobics stay indoors for core conditioning, kickboxing,
yoga, muscle conditioning, and stretching. And, of course,
no one will sleep through the morning Bootcamp workout. The
three-day getaway costs $600, which includes all fitness activities
and meals. Therapeutic massages for your aching muscles are
also available. For more information and to make your reservation
(and we suggest doing so soon), call 617.787.1224 or visit
