Here you can register for any of our
Ultimate Bootcamp programs.
The
registration process includes:
- Choosing the dates and locations of
the programs you would like to attend
- Accepting the policies
- Downloading the health history and
waiver forms
- Submitting payment online
- Mailing signed health history and waiver
form to P.O. Box 35394, Brighton, MA 02135
Please print the registration confirmation
at the end of the process for your records. Registration is
complete only after all health history forms, waiver and payments
are received.
