Ultimate Bootcamp Basics
Introduction for Beginners

Ultimate Bootcamp BASICS is a weekend morning 90-minute class designed to introduce the new bootcamper to foundational skills and drills. While the focus is on helping new participants dip their toes into the bootcamp waters, don't be fooled. You'll still get an awesome, full-body workout. Attending a BASICS class is NOT required before taking a 4-week bootcamp, although recommended.

Details:

  • 90 minute beginner/intermediate workout, including Q&A time with the Fitness Trainer
  • Burn up to 900 calories per workout
  • Exercises include full-body resistance training, calorie-burning cardio drills, fun partner relays, posture/proper form techniques, personal timed challenges, obstacle courses and active games
  • Structured for the beginner to intermediate bootcamper
    (Must be able to briskly walk one mile comfortably)
  • Outdoors, rain or shine*

*Classes cancelled in dangerous conditions.
