Ultimate Bootcamp Basics is a week
long preparation class designed to give new participants a
jump-start on our 4-week programs. Basics is perfect for those
who have not exercised in awhile or those who are a bit hestitant
about taking on a full 4-week session. The Basics class is
not required to take the full 4-week session. The workouts
include:
focusing on correct form
learning lower-impact exercises
for typical Ultimate Bootcamp workouts
fun group relays that teach basic
bootcamp skills
obstacle courses and games
Each day brings fresh, creative
exercises that help build a solid fitness foundation while
enjoying a positive, social, non-intimidating environment.
Don't be fooled! We'll still work up a sweat and burn plenty
of calories. So leave your fancy sweatsuits at home, cuz we're
gonna work!

Attention basics participants:
4-week Bootcamp classes fill up VERY quickly. If you plan on
attending the 4 week Ultimate Bootcamp class directly following
your BASICS class, it is a good idea to sign up well before
the class begins.

closes noon friday before the class begins*

week session, Tuesday-Friday due to holiday. Recommended
for new Ultimate Bootcamp Participants.
