Description
All Ultimate Bootcamp Programs are
designed to motivate you towards your next level of fitness
while having fun. The workouts include:
- heart-pumping cardio drills
- full-body muscle toning
- motivating group relay races
- killer callisthenics
- obstacle courses and games
Each day brings fresh, creative
exercises that help break through fitness "plateaus"
while enjoying a positive, social, non-intimidating environment.
Ultimate Bootcamp classes are designed so all fitness levels
work out together- novices jump-starting a healthier life
and athletes looking for a new challenge. We also offer limited
Bootcamp Basics classes which teach proper form for the beginner
and Bootcamp Advanced classes which pushes the limits for
even the strongest UBC graduates.

Ultimate
Bootcamp
Our original outdoor, 4-day a week program designed to challenge,
tone and trim your body in just 4 weeks. Ultimate Bootcamp programs
will resume Spring 2008. |
Advanced
Bootcamp
Only offered 2 times a year, in the spring and in the fall,
this specialty class is for graduates who like it tough. Your
body will be challenged 5 days a week for 2 weeks with some
of our most intense trainers. |
Bootcamp
Basics
This one-week specialty class is held 4 times a year and is
the perfect introduction to our skills, drills and emphasizes
proper form. |
