The Boot Camp
program tailored for women
This three day a week program (Tuesday,
Wednesday, and Thursday) focuses on increasing the caloric burn
through fun team drills and relay races while toning the muscles
using your own body weight, resistance bands and partner exercises.
The higher repetition and lower intensity exercises allow women
to sculpt their body without bulking up. Mid-morning
classes that fit your schedule
